Architectural Inspector opportunity with KEO Group, based in Dubai, UAE.
The role ensures project work follows architectural plans, building codes, regulations, and safety standards through on-site inspections.
Responsibilities
- Respond to contractor Inspection Requests and review shop drawings against contract documents, codes, statutory requirements, and best practice.
- Identify and report work that does not comply with approved drawings or specifications.
- Monitor site quality, safety, health, and environmental matters against contractual and QCS requirements and risk assessments.
- Maintain daily site records and progress photos; prepare surveillance reports and non-conformance reports as needed.
- Coordinate work across disciplines and provide technical input to resolve site issues.
Qualifications
- Five years of work experience and a diploma or bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Candidates with shorter notice periods are preferred for the requested quick start.
