KEO seeks a Digital Practice Director for its PM/CM Division, responsible for leading digital solutions adoption and implementation to address divisional needs and challenges.
The position is stated as based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Lead a strategy for professional and technical excellence in the PM/CM business practice.
- Develop software for specific tasks, including simplifying analytics, and drive implementation of new technologies.
- Create a digital network and strategy, promote systems and technologies, and develop team capabilities in line with technological advances.
- Align divisional digital activity with the company-wide digital vision and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Create and maintain knowledge resources, including guidelines and video tutorials, and deliver training and digital onboarding.
- Support project leaders in communicating services to clients and co-creating opportunities with key clients.
- Contribute to proposals, bid reviews, client presentations, and other project work-winning opportunities.
- Conduct or support project reviews for technical compliance and good practice; oversee and support multiple projects.
- Lead team reviews, share knowledge, foster innovation, and promote an inspiring performance culture.
- Pilot AI applications for business operations and embed health, safety, sustainability, and continual improvement in work practices.
Experience and education
- At least 15 years of experience delivering projects using BIM processes or technologies.
- BIM experience during the construction stage is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant engineering discipline is envisaged.
