Architectural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Architectural Engineer to oversee and manage architectural works on construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all architectural activities are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules while coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

Supervise and monitor all architectural site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Coordinate architectural activities with structural, MEP, and other project disciplines.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, quality, and compliance with project requirements.

Identify construction issues and provide technical solutions to maintain project progress.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety requirements.

Prepare inspection requests (IRs), snag lists, punch lists, and monitor close-out activities.

Review completed works before consultant/client inspections.

Participate in project meetings and provide technical reports and progress updates.

Verify quantities and assist in evaluating variations and change orders when required.

Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, approvals, and correspondence.

Support project handover by ensuring completion of all architectural works and required documentation.
