Role Overview
Honeywell Technologies is seeking an ARAMCO Technical Lead for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on ensuring customer success with Honeywell Technology solutions, managing customer engagement, and coordinating internal teams to address operational and service needs. The Technical Lead will also drive key initiatives and strategic programs with a primary customer in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes from Honeywell Technology solutions and simplify customer engagement.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer operational and service-related needs.
- Coordinate internal teams to streamline customer interactions.
- Manage customer-related interactions across Honeywell Technology systems and functions, including Process Automation.
- Drive key initiatives and strategic programs with a key customer in Saudi Arabia.
- Capture customer feedback and drive corrective action plans.
- Translate customer requirements into internal improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to support retention and expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and aligning Honeywell’s offerings.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
- Program and Project Management
- Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
- Required Experience
- Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a technical lead or similar customer-facing role within the industrial or process sectors.
