We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Arabic Typist
to support our Visa Team.
The role involves handling labor and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and managing documentation through official government portals such as MOHRE and Immigration systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process
- MOHRE labor contracts, work permits, and visa applications
- efficiently and accurately.
- Perform
- data entry into government electronic portals
- and ensure all submitted information is correct and complete.
- Handle
- new visa submissions
- , including tracking, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure timely processing of employment and business visas.
- Manage
- ILOE (Involuntary Loss of Employment) insurance registration and payment processes
- .
- File and cancel
- absconding cases
- via MOHRE and Immigration systems when required.
- Process
- temporary labor cards
- and related documentation.
- Maintain and update
- company and trade license records
- within MOHRE systems.
- Ensure compliance with
- UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
- .
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems for audit and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with PROs, authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve application issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as an
- Arabic Typist / PRO Assistant / Government Relations Executive
- in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of
- MOHRE, Immigration, and UAE visa processes
- .
- Proficiency in
- Arabic typing (reading, writing, and speaking is essential)
- .
- Familiarity with
- online government portals (MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, etc.)
- .
- Good command of
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- .
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with
- government service centers such as Tas’heel, Tasjeel, and Tawjeeh.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling
- ILOE processes
- and absconding cases.
- Knowledge of
- UAE labor law updates and compliance requirements
