Arabic speaking social Media, Content & Marketing Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, showroom displays, projects, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit photos and videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta and Google platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through creative marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital and printed marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and platform updates.
• Work closely with the sales, design, and management teams to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and suppliers when required.

Requirements

• Minimum **2 years of UAE experience** in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• **Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.**
• Proven experience creating engaging social media content.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation software.
• Experience managing Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• **Graphic design skills are an advantage.**
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
