About This Role

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Arabic-Speaking Furniture Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showroom sales as well as handling online customer interactions through social media platforms. The role requires strong sales ability with a focus on closing high-value deals and delivering excellent customer service both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers professionally in the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
• Close high-value sales and achieve monthly targets
• Respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and market trends
• Process sales transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Previous experience in furniture or retail sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience in handling social media customer engagement
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexible with retail working hours

نبحث عن موظفة مبيعات أثاث نشيطة وذات مهارات تواصل عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستكون المرشحة مسؤولة عن المبيعات داخل المعرض بالإضافة إلى التعامل مع العملاء عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارات بيع قوية مع التركيز على إغلاق صفقات البيع عالية القيمة وتقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة داخل المتجر وعبر الإنترنت.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• استقبال العملاء داخل المعرض والتعامل معهم بأسلوب احترافي
• فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم المنتجات المناسبة لهم
• إغلاق صفقات البيع عالية القيمة وتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية
• الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مثل إنستغرام وواتساب
• التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة
• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء لضمان تكرار الشراء
• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المعرض
• متابعة المنتجات والعروض وتطورات السوق
• إتمام عمليات البيع بدقة

المتطلبات:

• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية
• خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات أو الأثاث (مفضلة)
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات
• خبرة في التعامل مع العملاء عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
• شخصية لبقة، واثقة، وتركز على خدمة العملاء
• القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل تحت الضغط
• المرونة في ساعات العمل

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• furniture sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• arabic (Preferred)

Location:

• Abu Dhabi (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
