Overview
- Job Purpose:
- To handle all government-related processes, documentation, and legal formalities for the company, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process employment visas, residence visas, and visa renewals for employees
- Handle Emirates ID applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Manage labor contracts, work permits, and approvals through Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- Liaise with General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) for immigration-related services
- Coordinate with Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP) for Emirates ID and residency services
- Handle company licensing, renewals, and documentation with relevant authorities
- Manage labor cards, company immigration cards, and quota approvals
- Track visa expiries and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties
- Prepare and submit official documents in Arabic (typing, drafting letters, applications)
- Represent the company at government departments and handle official clearances
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
- Maintain records of all government transactions and employee documents
