Accounting responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Perform daily bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on receivables.
- Process supplier invoices and coordinate supplier payments.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
Additional accounting duties
- Maintain documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee-related accounting transactions.
- Monitor petty cash and company expenses.
- Assist with budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Assist with UAE VAT calculations, returns, and related compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other external parties as required.
- Support management with financial analysis and other accounting tasks.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
