Overview
QHSSE Platform is a multinational consultancy and training organization specialized in HSE, ESG, operational excellence, and technology-enabled solutions including VR/AR and digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries in the Middle East and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and oversee lifting operations activities.
- Prepare and review lifting plans for routine and critical lifts.
- Develop and review lifting studies.
- Review crane selection and crane configurations.
- Review crane load charts, boom length, lifting radius, and crane capacity requirements.
- Assess rigging arrangements, lifting accessories, and lifting points.
- Evaluate ground conditions, outrigger setup requirements, and crane mat specifications.
- Conduct lifting-related risk assessments and method statement reviews.
- Coordinate with:
- Lifting Supervisors
- Crane Operators
- Riggers
- Site Teams
- HSE Teams
- Support client and authority lifting approval processes where applicable.
- Ensure lifting activities comply with project requirements and industry safety standards.
Mandatory
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in lifting operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as:
- Lifting Planner
• Heavy Lift Coordinator
- Experience preparing lifting studies.
- Experience planning critical lifts.
- Experience reviewing crane selection and crane load charts.
- Experience reviewing rigging arrangements and lifting accessories.
- Experience reviewing ground conditions and outrigger requirements.
- Experience coordinating lifting activities with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred
- Oil & Gas experience.
- Heavy Industrial projects.
- Infrastructure projects.
- Construction projects
