About This Role
Overview
We are seeking to appoint a qualified
Applications & Systems Manager
to lead the management and continuous development of the Group’s ERP platform (Odoo).
The role requires a
hands-on technical professional
with strong business understanding and the ability to deliver reliable and scalable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ERP system (Odoo) across the Group
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Develop and customize Odoo modules as required
- Integrate the ERP system with internal and external platforms (APIs)
- Lead system testing and ensure stability and performance
- Provide user support and drive system adoption
- Coordinate with the IT function on infrastructure and security matters
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10–12 years of experience in ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Proven hands-on experience in Odoo development (Python, XML)
- Good understanding of Finance, HR, and Procurement processes
- Experience in system integration and APIs .
Certification
- Certification from Odoo is preferred
