Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and administer NetSuite Financial Module and support SAP Concur and BlackLine.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
- Manage user access, role-based permissions, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Support audits, risk management, and compliance activities, including SOX and ISO requirements.
- Document technical configurations, processes, changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Gather requirements, test enhancements, and roll out changes with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Support upgrades, patches, vendor releases, regression testing, and validation.
- Provide end-user support for financial applications.
- Assist with Kantata PSA administration, integrations, and connected project/resource workflows.
- Pursue ongoing training in NetSuite-related financial applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher; a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering is preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite Financial Module.
- Experience configuring NetSuite roles, permissions, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Experience building saved searches, custom reports, or SuiteAnalytics workbooks for financial reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with security, audit, risk management, and SOX or ISO compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication, organization, documentation, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional prioritization skills.
Additional and bonus skills
- Familiarity with SuiteFlow, NetSuite integrations such as SuiteTalk or REST API, or iPaaS tools like Workato.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and JIRA.
- Bonus: exposure to SuiteScript or collaboration with developers on NetSuite customizations.
- Bonus: familiarity with SAP Concur or similar expense/travel applications, or BlackLine or comparable accounting automation software.
