Application Engineer

Role Purpose

s1. Application Monitoring & Maintenanc

• eProvide L2/L3 application support in coordination with vendors
• .Ensure smooth front‑end and back‑end functionality
• .Implement BAU and emergency changes per Change Management procedures
• .Track performance metrics, document processes, and manage software upgrades/licensing
• .Apply InfoSec and regulatory controls; ensure timely security patching
• .Deploy monitoring tools to track application health and performance

• .Work with vendors and business teams to optimize performance
• .Identify root causes of incidents and ensure timely closure within SLAs

• sCoordinate with vendors on new application development based on business requirements
• .Work with Business, Product, and Risk teams to define technical needs
• .Ensure CRs follow Change Management and SDLC processes

Role Requiremen
