Ensure high‑availability, secure, and high‑performing banking applications by managing monitoring, maintenance, performance optimization, and vendor coordination.
The role requires strong expertise in
card‑processing platforms such as Omnicard, 4‑Way (Four‑Party Model), or TSYS PRIME
, which are critical to supporting card issuance, acquiring, and payment workflows.
Core Responsibilitie
- sMonitor and maintain banking applications, ensuring stable front‑end and back‑end performance
- .Coordinate with vendors (including card‑platform vendors such as
Omnicard / PRIM
- E) for issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements
- .Implement BAU and emergency changes following Change Management and SDLC procedures
- .Apply InfoSec controls, manage security patches, and track application performance metrics
- .Analyze application behavior, identify root causes of incidents, and drive performance improvements
- .Support new product launches by working with Business, Product, and Risk teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
- .Manage vendor relationships, review deliverables, and ensure SLA adherence
