Appearance Quality Launch Lead

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer Science and Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or related field of study and Four (4) years of experience as a Quality Lead working in Appearance related products, Creative Design Lead with CMF (Color, Material, Finishes) background, or related role. Four (4) years of experience with the following: Working with color, grain, gloss, and overall vehicle harmony for conformance to meet appearance requirements; Material Engineering including plastics, paint, and metal finishes; Manufacturing processes including plastics, fabric, chrome plating, and decorative paints and finishes; Computer software as it pertains to engineering including Excel (tracking status, pie charts, and bar charts) and PowerPoint; Business Management for Material and Manufacturing areas; and Computer aided design (CAD) and 3D Visualization software.
