REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Senior Process Engineer, Senior Execution Engineer, Gears Operational Group Leader, Gears Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation. Five (5) years of experience in the following: General process engineering disciplines including design, operation, control and optimization of machining processes; Implementation of GMS principles; Management of multiple and significantly complex projects and assignments; Gears and gear manufacturing processes; Plant floor and product design manufacturability; and Application of GMS and 4 walls within a site or program.
