Revenue Management Analyst role in Doha, Qatar.
Full-time schedule; position is non-management and not remote.
Revenue management duties
- Assist with room inventory management, revenue maximization, and reservation-system accuracy.
- Prepare competitive analyses and supporting materials for market sales strategy meetings.
- Support room authorizations, rates, restrictions, and communication of rate strategy to properties.
- Complete month-end reporting and auditing; provide forward-looking information for forecasting and need-area targeting.
- Generate and update property and market reports and support revenue team's reporting and analytical needs.
- Maintain systems through rate hurdle entry, demand monitoring, group forecast updates, and daily checks.
- Assist with training new associates on revenue management tools and implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems.
Qualifications
- At least one year of related work experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
Work conditions
- The position is not remote and is based at the listed Doha property.
- Duties include reading and visually verifying information, standing, sitting, walking, and handling items weighing up to 15 pounds.
Guest service and conduct
Follow company policies and quality standards, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and communicate professionally.
Welcome and assist guests, address service needs, and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
