Position summary

Revenue management duties

• Prepare competitive analyses and materials for market sales strategy meetings.
• Assist with room authorizations, rates, restrictions, and communication of rate strategies to properties.
• Complete month-end revenue management reporting and auditing; provide information for forecasting and targeting need areas.
• Generate and update property and market reports and support team reporting and analytical needs.
• Maintain systems by entering rate hurdles, monitoring demand forecasts, updating group forecasts, and running daily checks.
• Assist with training new associates and implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems.

General duties and standards

• Follow company policies, protect confidential information and company assets, and meet quality and professional appearance standards.
• Welcome guests, respond to service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
• May perform other reasonable duties; role includes reading and visually verifying information and may involve standing, sitting, walking, and handling items up to 15 pounds.

Preferred qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is specified; no license or certification is listed.
