Role overview

Revenue management duties

• Assist with room inventory management to maximize cluster room revenue and maintain accurate reservation-system information.
• Prepare competitive analyses and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Assist with room authorizations, rates, restrictions, and communicating rate strategy to properties.
• Complete month-end revenue management reporting and auditing; provide forward-looking information for forecasting, targeting demand needs, and balancing financial expectations.
• Generate and update property and market reports and support the team's reporting and analytical needs.
• Maintain systems by entering rate hurdles, monitoring forecast demand, updating group forecasts, and running daily system checks.
• Assist with training new associates on revenue management tools and implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• No supervisory experience or license/certification is specified.
