Team contributions
- Support the integration of new technologies and identify opportunities to update processes and equipment.
- Conduct internal technical investigations and support inspection-team challenges.
- Analyze trends, recommend improvements, and participate in change management when requirements are updated.
- Lead and facilitate quality-related problem-solving activities.
- Prepare monthly quality presentations for production-sector review meetings.
- Serve as a key resource during internal and external audits.
- Advise management on quality-related technical matters and interpret documentation.
Candidate qualifications
- Five to eight years of relevant aerospace experience; quality experience is considered an asset.
- Technical diploma or equivalent training combined with aerospace-industry experience is preferred.
- Project management principles and tools experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in French and English is required.
- Teamwork, interpersonal skills, influence, and leadership abilities are sought.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines is required.
