Analyst, Deloitte Technology Canada - Winter 2027 Co-op/Intern (4- 8 months) - Multiple Locations

Position Details

Technology Support

• Provide IT service management and support to Deloitte employees.
• Assist with technology deployments, support client-facing sessions, document processes, and develop troubleshooting and organizational skills.

IT Solutions Delivery

• Support internal-facing digital solutions that address business team demands using scalable technologies.
• Contribute to software development lifecycle activities or proof-of-concepts, including analysis, development, testing, project coordination, research, and documentation.

Project Management Office

• Analyze project data for compliance and support financial tracking and cost-control reporting.
• Oversee RAID logs, maintain compliance documentation, administer the ServiceNow Projects module, and collaborate on Power BI data models.

Technology and Infrastructure

• Assist Infrastructure Managed Services and Cloud Managed Services with datacenters, servers, applications, databases, operating systems, networks, and meeting-room audio/video technologies.
• Monitor system performance, support incident and problem management, and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Emerging Technologies

• Support delivery and implementation of solutions involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation.
• Contribute to experimentation, rapid prototyping, innovation, and scalable technology solutions.

Business Enablement and TBM

• Work with internal stakeholders and Portfolio Managers to identify technology solutions, develop business cases, prioritize demands, and set up projects effectively.
• Analyze technology spend, support planning and forecasting, translate complex ideas into executive-ready presentations, and help improve technology value delivery.

Expected Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program such as computer science, engineering, business or commerce, or communications.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Be a motivated, innovative, perceptive, adaptable, action-oriented team player with leadership capabilities.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and unified communications tools.
• For Quebec assignments, have basic English skills to meet client needs.

Compensation

• The salary range is $48,500 to $55,000, and individuals may be eligible for a bonus program.
