Work arrangement

• The position requires in-person collaboration up to five days per week; the arrangement may change based on business requirements.

Role overview

Key deliverables

• Translate Revenue Management, Pricing, and Ancillary business problems into data models, assets, experiments, and strategic insights.
• Develop systems and technology that produce decision-support data and tools.
• Build and maintain automated systems for strategic pricing and inventory activities.
• Automate routine tasks to improve productivity and quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support system adaptation and migration; administer business applications, including user setup and configuration.
• Plan and conduct testing for business initiatives and support stakeholder testing.
• Represent the business unit on cross-business projects and lead improvement solutions from ideation to delivery.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in an analytical role involving decision-making and project coordination.
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and ETL frameworks; strong SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Bonus tools

• Proficiency in one or more of Alteryx, Tableau, Oracle, Sabre, VBA, Python, R, SAS, ATPCO, or Snowflake is a bonus.
