The Business Systems Analyst supports MEDITECH Expanse implementations across Fraser Health as part of the Enablement, Readiness and Activation team.
The role supports readiness, activation, adoption, and safer patient care through collaboration across clinical, operational, technical, and project teams.
The full-time position is based at the Central City Offices in Surrey, British Columbia.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process mapping, and future-state design for MEDITECH Expanse implementation, activation, and optimization.
- Maintain project workplans, readiness trackers, activation plans, and portfolio tools using Smartsheet and other enterprise applications.
- Develop dashboards, Power BI reports, executive reporting, and performance metrics for project progress, risks, readiness, and outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, readiness assessments, workshops, and meetings.
- Support deployment planning, command centre activities, at-the-elbow support coordination, communications, and go-live support.
- Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to implementation, issue resolution, project planning, and organizational change across multiple initiatives.

Compensation
- The posted salary range is CAD $35.36 to $50.83 per hour.
