Support the advancement and expansion of MUFG's electronic foreign exchange business throughout EMEA.
Work with regional and international stakeholders to support clients, electronic trading activities and business initiatives.
What you'll do
- Respond promptly to client enquiries about trading flows and maintain thorough interaction records.
- Investigate and resolve client matters with sales, trading, technology, operations, credit and other stakeholders; escalate significant issues.
- Steward client requests from inception to resolution and keep stakeholders updated.
- Document and communicate feedback, service issues and business requirements to relevant teams.
- Assist with onboarding, platform enablement, testing and post-implementation follow-up.
- Attend client meetings and produce management reports.
- Identify recurring issues and control gaps and propose operational resilience improvements.
- At Associate level or above, guide junior colleagues and act as a trusted escalation point without formal line-management duties.
