About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon & Marketplace Growth Specialist to join our team and manage our e-commerce marketplace operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Amazon Seller Central, Noon, product research, advertising, and brand growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts professionally
- Handle Noon Express and Amazon Seller Flex operations
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis
- Identify top-selling SKUs and trending products from marketplaces
- Analyze product profitability, margins, and sales potential
- Perform keyword research and listing optimization
- Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Improve product ranking and organic visibility on Amazon and Noon
- Develop strategies to grow the brand across marketplaces
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
- Monitor advertising performance, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and campaign optimization
- Launch and manage promotional campaigns
- Monitor account health and marketplace performance
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for stock planning
- Generate sales and performance reports
Requirements
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience managing Noon seller accounts and Noon Express
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Flex operations
- Expertise in Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization
- Ability to analyze product profitability and market trends
- Experience in brand growth and marketplace scaling
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and computer skills
Preferred
- Experience in mobile accessories or electronics category
- Knowledge of marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar tools is a plus
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
