Experience Sought
- Experience in aviation technical services, airline operations, MRO environments, aerospace organizations, or related technical commercial functions.
- Airline, MRO, aerospace, aircraft leasing, or aviation technical services experience is strongly preferred.
- Engineering degrees are highly preferred across all positions.
- Demonstrated experience in service procurement, sourcing, contract management, vendor management, warranty administration, claims management, commercial negotiations, budget management, or supplier performance management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or related discipline.
- 5-15+ years of relevant experience depending on the position.
- Experience with airlines, MROs, OEMs, or aviation suppliers.
- Knowledge of aircraft spare parts, rotables, expendables, and repair management.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ERP/MRO systems such as SAP, AMOS, TRAX, CAMP, Traxall, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
