Seeks an experienced technical project manager with 10+ years in software development, technical project management, and AI/ML delivery.

Requires a strong technical background and hands-on development experience to collaborate across engineering, data science, product, DevOps, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of AI, machine learning, data, and software projects; own plans, milestones, budgets, risks, resources, scope, and dependencies.
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements, plans, roadmaps, and implementation approaches; facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Review designs, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, deployment strategies, and AI/ML development, validation, MLOps, monitoring, and production deployment.
  • Track delivery metrics; coordinate releases, production deployments, UAT, and post-release activities; communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Maintain project documentation, improve delivery processes, and mentor project managers, technical leads, and delivery team members when required.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years in software engineering, technical project management, program management, or technology delivery; prior hands-on software development experience.
  • Experience managing complex AI, machine learning, data engineering, cloud, or enterprise software projects.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, technical architecture, implementation challenges, code, APIs, databases, and system diagrams.
  • Experience managing projects from discovery through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, or equivalent project management and collaboration tools.
