Role overview

What you'll do

• Analyze business processes and identify measurable AI and automation opportunities.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures, workflows, and automation strategies; translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Recommend technologies and implementation approaches; build AI applications, intelligent assistants, and workflow automations.
• Build with no-code platforms, low-code tools, custom software, or combinations suited to the problem.
• Integrate AI solutions with business platforms through APIs, automation, and custom software.
• Prototype and validate concepts; propose and implement AI initiatives that improve operations and productivity.
• Challenge existing processes and research, evaluate, and implement useful emerging AI technologies.
• Continuously improve existing systems and automations; document architecture, decisions, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate across teams through discovery, design, implementation, and optimization.

Candidate requirements

• Proven record designing, architecting, and building AI-powered applications, systems, or automations.
• Analyze business problems and translate them into practical AI solutions; think in systems and design architectures before coding.
• Evaluate implementation approaches, select the best fit, and balance technical feasibility with business objectives.
• Proficient in Python with a strong software engineering foundation.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party platforms.
• Experience building workflow automations with no-code platforms, low-code tools, custom software, or a combination.
• Understand modern AI technologies and how to apply them effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proactive ownership and ability to deliver with minimal supervision.
• Identify opportunities, explore and validate ideas, and recommend better approaches rather than simply executing requirements.
