AI Project Manager

Role overview

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end project delivery and ensure timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal integrations to support clear collaboration.
• Plan schedules, track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks.
• Act as an initial point of contact for stakeholders, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Integrate AI initiatives with broader organizational projects and processes.
• Promote project delivery and documentation best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management.
• Strong familiarity with technology concepts, including architecture and delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience across AI/ML project lifecycles, from scoping and data readiness to deployment and iteration.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in AI, ML, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven delivery of complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team coordination skills.
• Expertise with monitoring and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or similar; SQL knowledge for basic checks, validation, and tracking.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar; strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Delivery or logistics industry experience and experience defining evals are bonuses.
