AI Native Video Intern

Role overview

What you will do

• Produce vertical videos from concept to publication, including Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Write hooks and scripts that turn finance and tax topics into clear, watchable stories.
• Film founders and team members in person, and create screen or desk setups.
• Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, b-roll, captions, voice, thumbnails, and quick edits.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar with the marketing team.
• Repurpose long-form and written content into multiple short-form cuts.
• Track views, watch-through, saves, shares, and follows, then iterate weekly.
• Preserve brand tone and factual accuracy, particularly for finance claims.

Must-have experience and skills

• Provide a portfolio or sample reel showing short-form video work; campus projects, personal accounts, and freelance work count.
• Comfort with at least one editing tool, such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
• Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and attention-grabbing content.
• Willingness to appear on camera and film others.
• Based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
• Use AI tools daily to speed up creative work.
• Be organized, reliable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience running a personal social account or channel is a plus.
• Basic motion graphics or design experience, including After Effects, Canva, or Figma, is a plus.
• Interest in or knowledge of personal finance, accounting, or tax is a plus.
• Arabic language skills are not required.
