Job Summary

We’re looking for a curious, technically-minded graduate to join our team as an AI Innovation Intern.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building with AI; experimenting with new tools, thinking systematically about how to improve products, and turning ideas into reality.

You’ll work across product development and operations, making a real impact from day one.

What you'll do

  • Research, test, and implement cutting-edge AI tools and workflows to drive product innovation at CFTE
  • Collaborate on end-to-end product development, from brainstorming and prototyping to launching and iterating on new offerings
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and products using AI, and take ownership of implementing those improvements
  • Stay on top of the AI landscape, tracking new model releases, tools, and trends to bring insights back to the team
  • Assist with operations by improving and upholding processes, analysing inefficiencies, and building smarter workflows
  • Support the delivery of CFTE’s programmes
  • What you’ll bring
  • A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI. You follow the space closely and love experimenting with new tools
  • Sound technical knowledge of AI concepts and the current ecosystem of models, platforms, and applications
  • Systematic thinking. You can break down complex problems, spot patterns, and design scalable solutions
  • A builder’s mindset: you don’t just have ideas, you prototype and ship them
  • Entrepreneurial energy with the ability to move fast, learn quickly, and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, or venture capital) is a plus
