AI Influencer Marketer

Position and work arrangement

Key responsibilities

• Build consistent AI influencer personas covering appearance, voice, personality, backstory, and tone.
• Manage and scale a multi-region AI influencer roster across Asia, Latin America, MENA, and multiple languages.
• Produce AI-generated video for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and YouTube using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, and HeyGen.
• Generate localized AI voice and audio, including lip-sync and multilingual dubbing, using ElevenLabs or similar tools.
• Create visuals and maintain character consistency using Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo, and other AI image tools.
• Set up and operate social accounts across Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage content calendars, posting cadence, community engagement, and follower growth for each persona.
• Localize scripts, hooks, and creative to local languages, trends, and cultural nuances.
• Maintain brand guidelines and apply compliance, disclosure, and financial advertising practices in a regulated environment.
• Track and optimize reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience producing content with AI video, audio, voice, and image generators is required.
• Direct experience with Higgsfield is required.
• Working knowledge of AI video, voice, audio, image, and content or scripting tools is required.
• Strong understanding of short-form video, algorithms, hooks, trends, and content virality is required.
• Applicants must be able to maintain consistent AI personas, prompt tools effectively, evaluate outputs, and iterate quickly.
• Solid video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or an equivalent are required.
• A portfolio of AI-generated content, virtual influencers, or AI-driven video work is required.
• Fintech, FX, or forex experience is a plus.
• Additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Good written English is required.

Office and schedule

• The role is based in a comfortable office in Al Barsha, Dubai.
• Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
