Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and AI services using Python, FastAPI and related frameworks;
- Build and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that can collaborate to solve complex tasks, make decisions and execute workflows with minimal human intervention;
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases;
- Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Build and maintain containerized AI services using Docker and create scalable AI pipelines for content generation;
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into our platform;
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance to improve accuracy, scalability and user experience;
- Conduct experiments, perform data analysis and provide insights to enhance model performance;
- Stay updated on the latest advances in AI/GenAI technologies and proactively suggest platform improvements;
- Participate in code reviews, unit tests and documentation to ensure high quality products delivery.
Required Skills
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field;
- Experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering for LLMs;
- Strong programming experience in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks;
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks;
- Practical knowledge of Docker containerization;
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures and natural language processing (NLP) techniques;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- Analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity and a systematic approach to problem-solving;
- Strong believer in teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines;
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS;
- Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangChain);
- Background in NLP or computational linguistics;
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
