Full-time AI Engagement Lead role in the UAE.
Drives organisation-wide AI adoption, engagement, and enablement in a large, complex organisation.

Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 30,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage AI champions and advocates across business functions.
- Drive organisation-wide AI adoption through engagement, enablement, and change initiatives.
- Plan and deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, training programmes, and community events.
- Develop communications plans to promote awareness, participation, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify, document, and track AI initiatives and use cases with business teams.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, business benefits, and value realisation; report progress through dashboards and executive updates.
- Engage senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders; coordinate with AI, technology, governance, and business teams.
- Create adoption playbooks and toolkits, manage programme milestones and follow-ups, and promote responsible AI use.
Required qualifications and experience
- 10+ years in digital adoption, change management, learning and development, technology enablement, or programme management.
- Proven leadership of adoption, engagement, or community programmes in large, multi-functional organisations.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools, enterprise AI use cases, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience coordinating training, communications, workshops, stakeholder engagement, dashboards, reports, and outcome metrics.
- Strong senior stakeholder management, communication, presentation, organisation, and programme execution skills.
- Able to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and take ownership of follow-ups and delivery.
Preferred qualifications
- Change management certification, such as Prosci, is preferred.
- UAE government or semi-government experience, Arabic proficiency, and enterprise-wide digital transformation or AI enablement experience are preferred.

Improved awareness, confidence, and adoption of AI tools across business functions.
Clear visibility into use cases, adoption metrics, and realised business benefits.
Effective coordination across business, technology, and governance stakeholders, with consistent delivery of programme milestones.
