Seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead design and development of scalable, secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Local UAE-based candidates and candidates with notice periods up to 30 days are preferred.
Salary
- AED 30,000–35,000 per month, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design modular, reusable AI architectures aligned with enterprise standards and define platform strategies for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning.
- Build and optimize production RAG pipelines and agentic GenAI systems.
- Set standards for security, monitoring, auditability, role-based access control, fairness, and explainability.
- Evaluate AI frameworks, vector databases, model hosting, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders on roadmaps and solution strategies.
- Lead technical workshops, solution-design discussions, and pre-sales architecture engagements.
- Mentor engineering teams and advance AI architecture and cloud-native engineering.
Required skills and experience
- Strong experience in AI application solution design and technology architecture for Generative AI.
- Hands-on Python expertise, including reviewing and contributing to complex implementations.
- Strong Azure Data Science and Machine Learning solution design experience.
- Production experience building Agentic AI systems and advanced RAG workflows.
- Understanding of traditional Machine Learning, feature engineering, experimentation, and model evaluation.
- Experience with Compass AI services in production-grade projects.
- Strong architectural leadership, stakeholder management, and solution-design capabilities.
