Drive organisation-wide AI adoption, engagement and enablement across a large, complex organisation.
Build an active AI community, empower employees to use AI tools effectively and responsibly, coordinate training and awareness, and track business value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage an AI champions and advocates network across business functions.
- Plan and deliver AI onboarding, workshops, training programmes and community events.
- Develop communication plans, playbooks, templates, toolkits and guidelines to promote and support AI adoption.
- Identify, document and track AI initiatives and use cases with business teams.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, business benefits and value realisation; develop dashboards, reports and executive updates.
- Engage senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, and coordinate with AI, technology, governance and business teams.
- Manage programme calendars, milestones, action plans and follow-ups; promote responsible and effective AI use.
Required qualifications and experience
- 10+ years in digital adoption, change management, learning and development, technology enablement or programme management.
- Proven leadership of adoption, engagement or community programmes in large, multi-functional organisations.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools, enterprise AI use cases and responsible AI principles.
- Experience coordinating training, communications, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience producing dashboards, reports and metrics to measure adoption, engagement and programme outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, organisation and programme execution skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Change management certification such as Prosci is preferred.
- Experience with UAE government or semi-government organisations is preferred.
- Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Enterprise-wide digital transformation or AI enablement experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 30,000 per month.

Increased awareness, confidence and adoption of AI tools across business functions.
Clear visibility of AI use cases, adoption metrics and realised business benefits.
Effective coordination between business, technology and governance stakeholders and consistent delivery of programme milestones.
