AI Delivery Manager

Role overview

Work location and language

• Open to candidates in Quebec and Ontario; primarily remote, with the option to work from Nesto offices in either province.
• French is a strong asset because the role works with partners across Canada.

Implementation and delivery

• Support implementation workstreams from scoping and process mapping through labeling queues, configuration logs, tuning, and shadow-divergence queues.
• Lead the client underwriter pod, coordinate calibration on shared document labels, measure disagreement, and write adjudication rules.
• Manage production-labeling throughput and resolve ambiguous labels or policy questions within SLA, escalating true policy calls to the underwriting expert.
• Co-own process blueprints and value baselines for touches, cycle time, and rework; document patterns into a repeatable playbook.
• Co-own RAID and decision logs, run bi-weekly dependency syncs, and escalate risks involving client data, environments, and release schedules.

Required experience

• Bring 3–5 years as an Implementation Manager, Functional Consultant, Solutions-Oriented Analyst, or similar technology implementation or operational transformation professional.
• Learn complex software platforms quickly and turn platform knowledge into practical client-operational solutions.
• Run client workshops, manage client teams, and lead in-depth system-logic discussions with Technical Product Managers; coding is not required.
• Have led client implementations as the primary owner of functional outcomes and owned delivery end to end.
• Guide executive client decisions and communicate product improvements to the internal team.

Additional assets

• Knowledge of the lending lifecycle or mortgage industry is a plus.
• Experience with AI or automation rollouts in operations, such as labeling, QA sampling, or exception handling, is a plus.
• French and English fluency is a plus.
