Work location and language

  • The role is open to candidates in Quebec and Ontario and is fully remote, with the option to work from company offices in either province.
  • French is a strong asset because some partners are based in Quebec.

Role purpose and success

The Product Implementation Manager will focus on functional mastery and SaaS delivery for Nesto Mortgage Cloud.

The role acts as a functional and sector expert, designing tailored client solutions and connecting bank leaders' needs with internal Technical Product Management teams.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery workshops and translate partner business challenges and processes into clear functional solution logic.
  • Own functional configuration and define logic and workflows for Technical Product Managers and engineering teams.
  • Guide financial institution leaders toward industry best-practice configurations as a functional and technical expert.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams and provide implementation feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Ensure solutions address partners' critical problems and encourage adoption through strategic functional design.
  • Guide clients through change and help optimize their operational processes for Nesto Mortgage Cloud.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Manager, Functional Consultant, Solutions-oriented Analyst, or similar role in financial services or SaaS.
  • Ability to learn complex software engines and translate that knowledge into business solutions.
  • Technical comfort to discuss system logic in depth with Technical Product Managers; coding is not required.
  • Experience leading client implementations with primary responsibility for functional outcomes.
  • Ability to influence executive-level decisions and advocate internally for product improvements.
  • Lending lifecycle or mortgage industry knowledge is a significant asset.
