About This Role

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Data Analyst (Remote) to join our remote team. This role is essential in analyzing data, generating insights, supporting AI-driven initiatives, and helping improve business performance through data interpretation and reporting in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions

Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights

Monitor trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Assist in maintaining accurate datasets and reporting structures

**AI & Data Support** Support AI-related initiatives through data preparation, validation, and analysis

Assist with organizing and managing structured and unstructured data

Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven projects and automation efforts

Help identify opportunities to improve processes using analytical insights and AI tools

**Data Management & Quality Assurance** Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports

Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in datasets

Maintain organized records, databases, and analytical documentation

Follow established procedures for data handling, privacy, and reporting standards

**Collaboration & Process Improvement** Work closely with operations, support, and management teams to provide analytical support

Contribute insights that improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency

Assist with documenting processes, methodologies, and reporting practices

Support continuous improvement initiatives across data and reporting operations

Requirements About the Ideal Candidate 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly

Basic understanding of AI tools, automation, or data-driven technologies is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment

Familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or similar tools

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in analytics, business, technology, or a related field is a plus
