AI Data Analyst (Remote)

About This Role

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Data Analyst to join our remote team. This role is essential for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting AI-driven initiatives, and helping optimize business decisions through advanced analytics and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments

**AI & Model Support**

• Assist in the development, evaluation, and optimization of AI and machine learning models
• Prepare and preprocess data for training and validation purposes
• Monitor model performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on AI initiatives

**Data Management & Quality**

• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across data sources
• Develop and enforce data quality standards and validation processes
• Manage structured and unstructured data from multiple systems
• Document data processes and workflows

Visualization & Reporting

• Create visualizations to effectively communicate findings
• Use BI tools to present insights in an accessible and engaging way
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal teams
• Support ad hoc analysis requests

**Process Improvement & Collaboration**

• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
• Support automation of data workflows and reporting systems
• Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and AI

Requirements About the Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI workflows
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred
