- Minimum 6+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong experience with AI/ML model development, data engineering, and scalable architectures.
- Experience working with MLOps, model monitoring, and production AI environments.
- Knowledge of ethical AI, data governance, and privacy standards.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
