We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **AI Automation Engineer** to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-based automation solutions for engineering and business workflows
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Develop and integrate machine learning models, chatbots, and intelligent systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions aligned with business needs
- Maintain, monitor, and improve deployed automation systems
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with UAE regulations
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for implemented solutions
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE** in AI, automation, or related roles (**mandatory**)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in engineering consultancy or construction industry
- Familiarity with BIM, ERP systems, or project management tools
- Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Automation technologies
