The AI Architect will lead development of an enterprise-wide AI and data transformation capability within a major automotive organization in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on identifying measurable commercial and operational value, translating business challenges into practical solutions, and building capabilities to scale AI.
The role works with Executive Management and leaders across Sales, Aftersales, Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.

The AI Architect will lead development of an enterprise-wide AI and data transformation capability within a major automotive organization in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on identifying measurable commercial and operational value, translating business challenges into practical solutions, and building capabilities to scale AI.
The role works with Executive Management and leaders across Sales, Aftersales, Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.

Responsibilities
- Identify operational inefficiencies, commercial opportunities, and business challenges where AI can deliver measurable value.
- Develop and maintain an enterprise AI roadmap aligned with strategic objectives, building enterprise capability rather than isolated solutions.
- Redesign processes with business leaders and embed AI into day-to-day operations.
- Develop use cases across sales, customer intelligence, workshop operations, parts, finance, workforce analytics, procurement, governance, risk and compliance, and shared services.
- Design AI-enabled workflows, agents, predictive models, document intelligence, and decision-support solutions.
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI, model lifecycle management, security, and risk controls.
- Work across SAP, automotive DMS, CRM, HR, and other enterprise platforms; establish data architecture and integration foundations.
- Measure business outcomes from AI investment and evaluate emerging technologies for innovation opportunities.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrable experience in enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and production implementation.
- Experience in data architecture, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and translating business problems into commercially credible solutions.
- Experience with enterprise systems and operational data; SAP and automotive DMS experience is ideal.
- Experience in AI governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, responsible AI, process automation, workflow redesign, and enterprise integration.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional transformation.
- Experience in automotive, retail, distribution, or another complex operational environment is highly valuable.
- Experience delivering Arabic-language or bilingual AI solutions in the GCC is advantageous.
- Strong business judgment and comfort working with executive leaders and operational teams.
