Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Application Engineer to build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered applications. This role focuses on turning AI models and APIs into real, user-facing products and internal tools. Key Responsibilities Build AI-powered applications using ML models and LLMs Integrate AI services into existing systems and workflows Develop backend services and APIs for AI features Implement prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluation for LLMs Collaborate with AI Architects and ML Engineers on system design Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and cost Test, monitor, and improve deployed AI solutions Required Qualifications Strong programming skills (Python required; JavaScript/TypeScript a plus) Experience building backend services and APIs Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs Understanding of ML concepts (training vs inference, evaluation, limitations) Experience deploying applications to cloud environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systems Frontend experience (React, Vue, etc.) is a plus Knowledge of MLOps or CI/CD pipelines
