Project Planning and Scheduling
- Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project and other software.
- Establish realistic project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate project teams to align with project objectives and client requirements.
Billing and Quantity Surveying
- Prepare and verify BOQs, RA bills, and final bills.
- Manage contractor bills, client billing, and subcontractor claims.
- Maintain billing logs and reconciliation statements.
Cost Control and Budgeting
- Monitor project costs, cash flows, and budget utilization throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budget constraints.
Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows and forecast future cash positions.
- Manage accounts receivable and support timely payment collection from clients.
Contract Management and Documentation
- Conduct rate analysis, prepare rate analysis reports, and negotiate contractor rates.
- Handle scope variations, change orders, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
Coordination and Reporting
- Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and finance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in planning, billing, and cost management for residential or commercial construction projects.
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in billing and planning.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay ranges from ₹1,500,000 to ₹2,000,000 per year.
- Benefits include leave encashment and Provident Fund.
