Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in category management, product management, pricing, aftermarket, automotive, merchandising, sales operations, or related commercial functions.
- Experience developing business cases, pricing recommendations, portfolio strategies, and financial analyses to support revenue and margin growth.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret market data, sales trends, competitive insights, and financial performance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills with a bias for execution.
- Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive OEM, Mopar/aftersales, aftermarket, parts, service, repair, collision, maintenance, or dealer-facing commercial functions.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, parts lifecycle management, competitive benchmarking, supplier coordination, and channel performance.
- Understanding of customer pay, warranty, repair order, wholesale, eCommerce, or dealer service operations is preferred.
