- ***المسمى الوظيفي: مدير إدارة ما بعد البيع – قطاع الشاحنات***
- :المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتحسين جميع عمليات ما بعد البيع بما يشمل الصيانة، قطع الغيار، الضمان، الفحص قبل التسليم (PDI)، ودعم العملاء.
- ضمان تنفيذ عمليات الفحص قبل التسليم (PDI) لجميع الشاحنات الجديدة وفقًا لمعايير المصنع (OEM) قبل التسليم للعملاء.
- الإشراف المباشر على الأقسام التالية:
- مبيعات قطع الغيار: تطوير المبيعات، إدارة المخزون، وضمان توفر القطع بشكل مستمر.
- الصيانة (الورش): ضمان جودة الخدمات الفنية، رفع كفاءة التشغيل، وتقليل أوقات التوقف.
- مركز تسليم الشاحنات: إدارة عمليات التسليم، تحسين تجربة العميل، وضمان جاهزية المركبات.
- تحقيق أعلى مستويات رضا العملاء وتعزيز ولاء العملاء على المدى الطويل.
- تحسين ربحية خدمات ما بعد البيع وزيادة كفاءة الورش.
- ضمان توفر قطع الغيار بشكل فعال يدعم العمليات التشغيلية وخدمة العملاء.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع إدارة المبيعات والعمليات وشركاء المصنع (OEM) لضمان جودة الخدمة والامتثال للمعايير.
- تحليل مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) ووضع خطط تطوير مستمرة.
- إدارة الميزانية وتعظيم الإيرادات وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.
- تطوير وتدريب فرق العمل ورفع كفاءتهم المهنية.
- :المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذو صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10–15 سنوات في مجال ما بعد البيع في قطاع الشاحنات أو المركبات الثقيلة.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الصيانة، قطع الغيار، وخدمة العملاء.
- مهارات تحليلية وإدارية عالية، مع القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (تحدثًا وكتابة).

- Job Title: After Sales Director – Truck Division
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve all after-sales operations, including maintenance, spare parts, warranty, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and customer support.
- Ensure all new trucks undergo PDI processes according to OEM standards before delivery to customers.
- Directly supervise the following departments:
- Spare Parts Sales: Develop sales, manage inventory, and ensure continuous parts availability.
- Maintenance Workshops: Ensure high-quality technical services, improve operational efficiency, and reduce downtime.
- Truck Delivery Center: Manage delivery operations, enhance customer experience, and ensure vehicle readiness.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
- Improve after-sales profitability and increase workshop efficiency.
- Ensure effective spare parts availability to support operations and customer service.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and OEM partners to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and reduce operational costs.
- Develop, train, and enhance team capabilities and professional performance.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in after-sales operations within the truck or heavy vehicle industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, spare parts operations, and customer service.
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
