We partner with businesses across the UAE to drive growth through specialist talent solutions and strategic advisory.

About The Role

We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven individuals who are currently available in the UAE and ready to hit the ground running.

This is an independent contractor engagement focused on B2B client acquisition across Infinova's service lines.

Contractors who perform consistently over 3–6 months will be evaluated for conversion to a full-time salaried role.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect B2B clients across UAE target industries
Pitch Infinova's service portfolio to decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding
Maintain a consistent and active pipeline with daily activity
Submit regular lead trackers and activity updates
Represent the company professionally across all client interactions

Qualifications

Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately
On a visit visa or with immediate availability (not currently employed full-time elsewhere)
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles — strong freshers also welcome
Comfortable with a commission-based structure and motivated by performance-based rewards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to commit fully — this is not suitable alongside existing employment
Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil, along with English, is mandatory. Ability to communicate in Hindi is an advantage

Compensation

Commission-based — compensation is structured as a percentage of the value of clients successfully onboarded
Business development travel expenses covered by the company
Clear conversion pathway to a full-time salaried role based on consistent performance
