We are expanding our sales network and looking for entrepreneurial individuals to join us as Affiliate Sales Consultants on a contractor basis.
About The Role
This is a high-earning, performance-first opportunity for self-motivated sales professionals who want the freedom to work independently and earn directly based on results.
As an Affiliate Sales Consultant, you will identify, engage, and onboard new business clients for Infinova Global across the UAE market.
This is a contractor engagement, not a traditional salaried role by default.
Two compensation tracks are available based on your preference, details are shared during the interview process.
Candidates who demonstrate consistent target achievement over 6 months will be reviewed for conversion to a permanent role.
What You'Ll Do ?
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across target industries in the UAE
- Pitch and present Infinova Global’s full service portfolio: digital marketing, HR consulting, finance advisory, manpower solutions, and IR services
- Own the full sales cycle; from lead generation through to successful client onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong, active prospect pipeline independently
- Submit regular lead tracker and activity updates to the Sales Head
- Represent the Infinova Global brand professionally in all client interactions
Compensation
· Highly competitive commission structure, among the best in the market for this type of role
· One-time commission earned per new client successfully onboarded, no cap on earnings

What We’Re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition experience
- Proven ability to independently generate leads, build relationships, and close deals
- Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and professional environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Comfortable and motivated working on a performance-linked engagement model
- Existing network within the UAE business or SME community is a strong plus
- Prior experience in digital marketing services, consultancy, or staffing is preferred
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE with an active local network
