Infinova Global is a UAE-based end-to-end business consultancy delivering growth through digital transformation, specialist talent solutions, and strategic advisory.

We partner with businesses across the UAE to offer services across digital marketing, HR consulting, finance consulting, manpower solutions, and IR advisory.

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for driven, career-focused individuals to join us.

About The Role

This is a full-time, performance-driven opportunity designed for individuals currently available in the UAE and looking to build a career in B2B sales.

Candidates will initially join on a contractor basis focused on client acquisition and onboarding.

Based on consistent performance during the initial 3–6 month period, candidates will be evaluated for conversion into a full-time role with the company.

This role is best suited for individuals who are fully available, committed, and motivated to perform in a structured sales environment.

What You’Ll Do

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across UAE target industries
  • Pitch Infinova Global’s service portfolio (digital marketing, consulting, manpower, etc.)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding
  • Maintain an active and consistent sales pipeline
  • Submit regular activity updates and lead trackers
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Compensation

  • Performance-based compensation with high earning potential
  • Earnings directly linked to successful client onboarding
  • Travel expenses for business development activities will be covered by the company
  • Structured performance review and conversion pathway to a fixed salary role

Role Expectation

  • This is a full-time engagement during the contractor phase
  • Candidates must be physically present in the UAE for sales activities and meetings
  • Consistent daily activity (lead generation, meetings, closures) is critical
  • This role may not suit candidates looking for fixed salary stability in the initial phase

What We’Re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development / client-facing roles
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered
  • Ability to commit full-time to a performance-based role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High ownership and consistent work discipline
  • Exposure to UAE market is an advantage (not mandatory)

Eligibility (Important – Please Read Before Applying)

  • Must be currently based in the UAE on:
  • Visit visa /immediate availability status
  • Must be available for full-time engagement (no part-time or parallel job commitments)
  • This role is not suitable for candidates who are currently employed and looking for a side opportunity
